Shipping policy

Prints (canvas, acrylic and paper)

All my prints are made to order. Please allow at least 3 weeks for your print to be made and delivered. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been shipped.

Shipping is free on all prints Australia-wide.

Original paintings

Shipping for original paintings within Australia is calculated at checkout.

Local pickup

You can choose free pickup from my Evandale studio at checkout. Once your order is ready, I'll text you the studio address and we can arrange a pickup time.

International orders

Online orders are currently available within Australia only. If you're overseas, please contact me at tasmaniainspires@gmail.com for a personalised shipping quote.

Lost or damaged parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit, I'll replace your print and send it to you as a priority. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos and I'll make it right, as set out in my refund policy.
